Managing Marketing Lists in CRM Shouldn’t be this Difficult!
The Smart List Manager (SLM) provides the CRM user with the ability to associate Advanced Find views (My Views) and System views with Marketing Lists to dynamically manage the members.
Once the views are associated with the Marketing List users don’t need to worry about manually adding/removing members. SLM will automatically do it in the background in real time. Smart List Manager will track down any new member that needs to be added or removed from a Marketing List.
